Compensation and Schedule for the Executive Assistant – Transplant Admin 
Executive Assistant – Transplant Admin – Full time, onsite, $30-$43 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work for one of Arizona’s leading hospital systems!   

Required Qualifications of the Executive Assistant – Transplant Admin 
- 5+ years of recent executive administrative assistant experience required 
- 2+ years of recent Microsoft Office Suite experience required  
- High school diploma or GED required 
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen 

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant – Transplant Admin 
- Coordinate schedules  
- Prepare meeting materials  
- Manage communications  
- Ensure the efficient flow of information
